Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct innovative research in materials design and synthesis tailored for specific applications, such as energy conversion, energy storage.
*Design, fabricate, and characterize novel materials including solid state electrolytes.
*Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and contribute to the development of new research directions.
*Publish research findings in high-impact scientific journals and present results at conferences and seminars.
*Participate in the preparation of research proposals and grant applications.
*Mentor and provide guidance to graduate and undergraduate students.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
*Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

*Expertise in one or more of the following areas: energy storage and conversion (e.g., solid state electrolyte, cathode, anodes),
*Ability to prepare funding proposals, experimental plans, and technical reports
*Ability to conduct independent research and work collaboratively within a team.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Track record of publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
