EEP is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented In-House Recruiter to join our team.
As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition and management process. The Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment, from the initial application stage to onboarding and post-hire support. We are seeking a detail oriented individual who can develop and implement efficient strategies in order to recruit a high volume of qualified candidates. In this role, the individual will work closely with team managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and stay up to date on current company trends.
The recruiter roll will consist of, but is not limited to:
- Ensure all candidates information is properly entered into TenStreet, and all submission requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Providing regular updates to field managers on their available positions, and applicant numbers with timelines.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Maintain clear and organized records of required documents to maintain compliance within the Department of Transportation and the Company.
- Build and maintain quality, long-term relationships with all candidates.
- Initiate a smooth transition to the hiring process by providing the individual with the proper
training and tasks necessary for employment.
- Create reports based on prospective and hired individuals from TenStreet for recording purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Efficient in the recruitment software, TenStreet, and the advanced automation services provided
to streamline and optimize recruitment and employee files.
- Strong knowledge of the waste management industry, including familiarity with the regulations
and compliance requirements established by the Department of Transportation.
- Effective communication skills to engage with prospective and current employees, and other
company representatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage a high volume of driver applications
and coordinate recruitment efforts.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and recruitment protocols as the industry fluctuates.
