Statement of Job :
The Merrill Library Coordinator oversees all aspects of Merrill Library, including access services, reference, instruction, and programming.
As the Librarys lead representative, they are responsible for outreach to the Machias Campus. The Coordinator works to align Merrills services with those of Fogler Library (in Orono) by working closely and reciprocally with Fogler Library.
As part of the leadership team, they advise the Dean of Libraries on Machias procedures, regulations, and needs. The Coordinator also consults with the UMM Dean and Campus Director on local campus matters and keeps them apprised of Library matters.
Typical hiring range for this position is $53, to $56, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
