Position: Director Surgical Services

• 💰 Salary range: $134,659 - $161,574.

• Schedule: Full-time, No Weekends

👨‍⚕️ Lead the perioperative team in Fort Pierce, FL, ensuring safe and efficient surgical services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and solve real/potential problems in surgical services.
• Participate in committees, enhance customer experience, and coach subordinates.
• 🤝 Communicate effectively, build relationships, and mentor future leaders.
• Enforce standards of care, monitor compliance, and oversee quality programs.
• 💵 Manage fiscal aspects, including budgeting and capital equipment requests.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing (required), Master's degree (preferred).
• 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• Registered nurse license in Florida.
• 💼 CNOR and CSSM certifications preferred.
