JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing programs to stimulate students' interest in reading, research, information literacy, and library/media resources. The position maintains knowledge of the current trends and developments in PreK-12 library collection development (digital and physical), automated library systems, and information technology. Oversees and directs all aspects of the District Library, including supervising department staff, providing support, training, professional learning and serving as a system administrator. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community and school clientele.
