Licensed Practical Nurse - Nursing Home administers nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisor. Provides basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens. Being a Licensed Practical Nurse - Nursing Home ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing. Monitors and reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse - Nursing Home requires a high school diploma. Requires graduation from approved LPN educational program. Requires a state license to practice. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Licensed Practical Nurse - Nursing Home's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. Current open shifts ~ *7a-3p* or *3p-11p* Schedule is every other weekend with rotating weekdays. You will get 40 hours/week.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Charge Nurse Job Duties: Assign resident care to CMA's and CNA's and supervise completion of such assignments. Keep residents' chart in order, ie proper documentation and carry out physician's orders. Perform nursing duties as needed. Administer medications and order same as needed.
LPN Charge Nurse Salary: based on experience, $24-27 per hour dependent upon experience and knowledge.
Shift diff for 2nd and 3rd shift only.

LPN Charge Nurse Job Requirements:
Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
Currently licensed in the state of OK
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Nursing Home experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
