1-2 years of experience as a Credit and Collections Clerk

The ability to communicate clearly verbally, by email, and over the phone. Negotiation skills are a plus.

Basic understanding of accounts receivable and account reconciliations

Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite.

Must be team oriented, positive and flexible.
