Major Gift Director - Higher Ed. designs and implements a college/university fundraising program in the area of special and deferred gifts. Devises and executes plans to qualify, contact, and cultivate potential new donors. Being a Major Gift Director - Higher Ed. requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a department/division. The Major Gift Director - Higher Ed. manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Major Gift Director - Higher Ed. typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Major's RV is looking to expand our Awesome Service Team. We are searching for people to train to become RV Repair Technicians. What is an RV Repair Technician you ask?? We work on RV refrigerators, awnings, hydraulic levelers, satellite systems, plumbing, electrical 120 volt and battery, inverters, furnaces, pumps, Slideout room systems. Wheel bearings, Cleaning roofs and sealing. Massive Diagnosing and more diagnosing. No two days are ever alike. NO one is every fully trained for this job. WE provide training and more training. You need to have the mechanical skills, attitude and drive to succeed.

    This is not the job for lazy people. Problems are complex. You will be expected to understand systems you have never seen before and perform repairs that other people give up on. You will be expected to be dependable and on time. Your attitude will be upbeat, happy, friendly and polite. You must have your own tools (and not the plastic ones your Dad gave you when you were 5) You must get along and cooperate with the exist Awesome team we have.

    We work hard, depend on each other, celebrate, and belong together. It takes a special breed to join this team and we are looking for the best. We are looking long term. This could be the last job you ever have.

    Major's RV is New England's premiere RV repair facility and is always looking for talented dependable long term employees to add to our Fantastic team of dedicated staff. Our work week is Tuesday through Saturday 9am-5:30pm with Sundays and Mondays off, So the beach is less crowded and the Doctors offices are open.
