    Job Brief

    We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales team member to oversee and support our inside sales of client packages.

    The Care Coordinator will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Inside sales
    • Setting and tracking sales targets
    • Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process
    • Set and track sales targets

    • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
    • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
    • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
    • Review options with potential clients and explain the recommended program that provider is suggesting.
    • Greeting and directing clients
    • Booking consults and scheduling appointments
    • Making reminder calls to inform clients about upcoming appointments, classes, payments, etc.
    • Answering incoming calls, redirecting, and returning voicemails
    • Completing daily task for providers and clinical staff
    • Taking and processing credit cards and payments

    Requirements and Skills

    • Proven work experience in sales industry
    • Hands on experience with CRM software and Google Drive
    • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
    • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

    Experience

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the point person for inquiries while onboarding new patients
    • Implement and manage new patient process
    • Develop relationship management flow and communication
    • Quantify/track new patient calls by specialty
    • Make updates to patient flow process
    • Educate all new team members on new patient process to reduce anxiety and fear
    • Complete occasional analytical tasks in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Membership Experience, and Business Operations
    • Make confirmation calls/emails to patients regarding future appointment dates
    • Respond to patient inquiries and assist patients with the completion of paperwork
    • Attend trainings and learning opportunities that expand content knowledge and best practices
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Serve as the point person for inquiries while onboarding new patients

    Qualifications and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant work experience equivalent
    • 1-2 years of experience with health care
    • Interest in and knowledge of health care
