    ob Responsibilities


    • Collaborate with stakeholders and dedicated, business-unit training staff to ensure learning initiatives align with overall organizational strategies and objectives while also meeting the unique needs of the various business units.
    • Conduct comprehensive organizational needs assessments to identify learning gaps and strategic performance enhancement opportunities.
    • Design and deliver learning content in multiple modalities as appropriate, including remote learning, classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules and simulations, videos, facilitator guides, quick reference guides and other supporting resource materials.
    • Design and implement evaluation process of learning initiatives using the appropriate assessment methods and data-driven decisions to evaluate success and make program improvements.
    • Manage and deploy learning content through the utilization of the company’s current learning management system (Yardi Aspire) and other platforms as appropriate.
    • Assess and recommend, as appropriate, and manage third-party providers as part of the organization’s overall learning solutions.
    • Deliver monthly new employee orientation, evolving as necessary for organizational growth and increasingly disparate locations.
    • Maintain an annual training calendar and manage invites, as appropriate, coordinating with the appropriate dedicated, business unit training staff.
    • Develop, plan and conduct in-house training classes as needed.
    • Work with event planning and organization leadership to develop L&D goals and topics for organization wide or entity specific monthly, quarterly, and annual events.
    • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in the learning and development space, and recommend appropriate new approaches to learning solutions.
    • Maintain accurate training records.
    • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar capacity.
    • Demonstrated history of using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences.
    • Ability to build rapport and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
    • Experienced facilitator, comfortable presenting to groups both virtually and in person.
    • Strong working knowledge of needs assessment best practices and methodology.
    • Thorough competence with e-learning platforms and practices.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and collaborators, utilizing a project plan and tracking deliverables.
    • Fully proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


    Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in organizational development, HR, adult learning, instructional design or related field.
    • 6 years of experience in leading programs within the learning and development function.
    • Experience in property management industry preferred.
    • Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
    • Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
