Job Description
The Stamping Engineering team is looking for an Engineering Services partner to support them with Quality Data Collection for Laser Weld Lines.
Engineers will engage and work closely with all Toyota / TMNA team. Will also working with production on the lines.
Engineers will be responisble for the following:
• Observe & Capture defects on TWB parts coming off the automated TWB manufacturing lines
• Record Defect attributes in Excel sheet templates for Analysis
• Data Collection for Analysis of Data from Automated Inspection Machines on the line (with training)
Monitor quality through EHR system checks
Alter and improve quality through studying weld parameters
develop standards for operators to help improve quality while running Laser Weld lines
work with production researching blank quality creating weld issues
• Perform other related Data Collection & Analysis activities as directed by Client Project Stakeholders
• Attend Project Meetings / Reviews, Report out to Project stakeholders
