ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)

• Participate in the development of marketing strategies to include marketing materials, sales enablement tools (brochures, presentations), websites, social media, and coordination of all other promotional programs.
• Assist in reporting and analysis of promotional activities and campaigns using appropriate metrics and presentations.
• Assist Sales Manager in working with creative services, advertising sales representatives and digital marketing providers to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Develops, plans, and coordinates all details for company events, including monthly lunch event, builder open houses, golf tournaments, networking events, etc.
• Assure timely delivery of programs, materials, and marketing data.
• Identify and recommend marketing support opportunities and priorities for Sales Designers.
• Maintain quickly changing project responsibilities and be able to adjust priorities accordingly.
• Able to clearly present marketing data in a creative, clear, and concise format to assist the management team in decision making and strategy development.
• Develop an internal communication program to include all Crown Point teams.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications and 3 years of relevant marketing experience preferred. Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and graphic design tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics.
