JOB TITLE : Marketing Coordinator

Purpose and Scope : The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts to promote Sage Oil Vac's products and services within the oil and fluid management industry.

• Event Coordination
• Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. Coordinate logistics, manage booth setup, and assist with post-event-follow-up.
• Travel Coordination
• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members attending conferences, trade shows, client meetings, and other events.

Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other logistics as necessary. Communicate travel itineraries and provide support to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for team members.

• Event Support
• Travel with team members to provide logistical support for marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities.

Assist with booth setup, signage, materials coordination, and onsite logistics.

• Proofing and Approval of Content Creation
• Proofing and approving the digital marketing, graphic designs, social media content, and other marketing materials produced by the outside marketing sourcing company.
• Budget Management
• Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget, including tracking expenses, monitoring variances, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Expense Tracking
• Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses, invoices, and receipts. Reconcile expenses against budget allocations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Marketing Support
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer support, and warehouse to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
• Specific Tasks for Position
• Email correspondence.
• Meeting attendance as assigned.
• Use of company software to perform day-to-day tasks.
• Traveling throughout the United States with other team members.
• Cross train in our sales department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's of degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Experience :
• 2 years in marketing or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing and SEO.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with a passion for marketing and brand promotion.
