• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience in a marketing and/or communication department, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An associate degree and four years’ experience in a marketing and/or communication department will be accepted
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to translate technical writing into compelling marketing content
• Proficient in multitasking and balancing competing priorities. All work is completed in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks as assigned
• Strong communication within department and externally to teaming partners
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in the A/E/C industry

• $58,000 - $66,000 per year
• Annual discretionary performance-based bonus
