JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
I. Marketing Responsibilities
· Coordinate production for product, community & company signage with vendors, trades & company team members.
· Coordinate production for product, community & company marketing videos.
· Plan and organize company events.
· Develop and maintain the company's brand manual.
· Prepare monthly content calendars for social media, email, print, and blogs.
· Design marketing flyers for new homes and promotions.
· Create graphics for print, online advertising, social media, and blogs.
· Manage print material production and vendors.
· Review and update neighborhood sales collateral.
· Provide marketing support to sales agents.
· Maintain and update company website and social media pages.
· Generate marketing plat maps for new communities.
· Create, update & manage source report.
· Create, update & manage KPI report.
· Coordinate with web support team for website changes and updates.
· Collaborate with outsourced Marketing Firm.
· Monitor and update MLS, Third party listing services and website content daily.
· Organize and maintain photo files.
· Familiarize yourself with ad deadlines for local publications.
· Develop and maintain media contacts for marketing channels.
· Support Vice President of Sales in preparing monthly reports.
· Produce a minimum of two blog posts per month.
· Post on social media channels and set up ads as directed.
· Assist with research and preparation for sales team meetings.
· Update marketing floor plans as necessary from purchasing collateral.
· Maintain marketing content folder & eClip Board for sales team.
· Assist and attend realtor presentations and events.
· Schedule and send monthly email blasts to prospect list.
· Support Vice President of Sales with market and sales research.
· Attend networking events, trade shows, and realtor events.
· Support marketing efforts across WW Holdings companies.
· Implement website Floorplan & Design Studio technology integration plan.
· Manage Company CRM follow up task program.
· Train new sales agents and Online Sales team in Sales Simplicity processes.
· Set up and oversee company TV and radio ads production & distribution.
· Assist Vice President of Sales with annual marketing budget.
· Supervise online sales team, manage quarterly online sales team ICPs, and conduct annual reviews.
· Order sales agent business cards and name badges.
II. Online Concierge Team Management
· Act as a back-up to and adequately handle prospects in the absence of the Online Concierge, manage incoming leads and set community appointments with sales team.
· Ensure online team responds promptly to leads (w/i 2 min) via online registration, webchat, or calls.
III. Model Home, Inventory Home and Community Maintenance
· Manage maintenance of models and inventory homes.
· Maintain model home, directional, and community signage.
· Photograph inventory homes as required.
· Order 3D Tours and/or videos for necessary floor plans.
· Conduct tours of model homes, community, and finished inventory homes at least twice a month.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
