The Quality Assurance Specialist I (QAS1) works closely with the Laser printing, Mailing, and Bindery teams at Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS) to ensure client specifications are met. The QAS1 uses a basic understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all materials are shipped for production in accordance with established processes.
