Media Buyer is responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Coordinates the development and execution of media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, tactics, message, and objectives. Being a Media Buyer uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Negotiates media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Additionally, Media Buyer collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to execute plans and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for campaigns. Conducts research on new media strategies, platforms, and channels to utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. The Media Buyer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.   • Multi-Media Designer – Lotus Media Group Position Overview: As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and interactive multimedia content across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia assets that effectively communicate the brand's message and engage the target audience. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Conceptualize and develop creative multimedia solutions including graphic design for print, digital display, digital animated display, story boards and video post-production. Translate concepts into visually appealing designs while adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements. Utilize industry-standard software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create multimedia content. Assist with print publication pagination and production workflow as needed. Multimedia Production: Produce multimedia assets for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, mobile applications, and presentations. Edit and enhance audio, video, and image content to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with content creators, writers, and developers to integrate multimedia elements seamlessly into projects. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions as needed. Maintain organized files and documentation to facilitate project tracking and asset management per company procedures. Innovation and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia design. Experiment with new techniques and technologies to enhance the visual appeal and interactivity of multimedia content. Provide recommendations for innovative multimedia strategies to improve audience engagement and brand perception. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and functionality of multimedia assets across different platforms and devices. Address any technical issues or discrepancies in multimedia content to maintain a seamless user experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field OR equivalent work experience. Proven experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, Premier Pro, InDesign and other relevant applications. Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). Familiarity with web design principles, user interface (UI) design, and responsive design techniques. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual quality and consistency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
