Role Overview:

As the Senior Social Media Strategist, you will be the driving force behind Nemo Design's social media presence, crafting strategies that showcase our portfolio and engage our audience across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media dynamics and a track record of building compelling brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Nemo Design’s brand identity and business objectives.

Content Creation and Management: Lead the creation and curation of engaging content across all social media platforms. Collaborate with our design team to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.

Platform Optimization: Manage and optimize Nemo Design’s presence on key social media platforms. Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize visibility and engagement.

Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Team Leadership: Work closely with the marketing and design teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the successful execution of social media initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience:Minimum of 4 years in a Social Media Strategist or Marketing Manager role, with a preference for experience in a branding or creative agency.

Expertise: Proficient in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing.

Creativity: Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate with our audience.

Leadership: Proven leadership abilities, with experience guiding teams towards achieving shared goals.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a remote position with a competitive salary. The average salary for a Senior Social Media Strategist in the United States is approximately $84,340 per year, with potential for additional pay including bonuses and profit sharing.
