Duties:
- Provide medical oversight and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement best practices
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical research, technology, and treatments
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and other relevant healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Provide clinical expertise and support for complex cases

- Supervise and mentor medical staff
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Current and unrestricted medical license
- Proven experience as a Medical Director or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of physiology, primary care, managed care, biotechnology, patient care, and occupational health
- Familiarity with pediatric care and critical care is preferred
- Excellent understanding of FDA regulations and HIPAA guidelines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
