Job Description
MLS Construction, a small construction firm, is looking for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the on-site operations and ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. While overseeing the construction of new homes and remodels of older homes for residential construction, this role would also be doing the same in commercial buildouts and small commercial ground up construction. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all plans, specifications, and subcontractor quotes and quality of work are followed to the highest level of quality and efficiency. This person will also be expected to maintain a safe and clean job site, as well as provide leadership and guidance to team members.
