Job Overview:

DFTBA is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to oversee our Print on Demand segment, including Direct-to-Garment (DTG), as part of our Warehouse Team. Along with a team of cross-trained staff, the Production Coordinator operates a variety of in-house machinery to produce print-on-demand merchandise like mugs and t-shirts. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with DFTBA managers and designers to produce product samples, optimizing DTG processes, and leading a part-time team of Production Operators to deliver high quality products for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and execute DTG procedures to guarantee the delivery of high quality products;
• Operate a variety of in-house machinery to produce print-on-demand merchandise;
• Generating samples for approval, giving design feedback as needed;
• Conduct daily and weekly machine maintenance on parts of the production line;
• Perform quality assurance inspections regularly to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Coordinate team of part-time Production Operators, including providing training, setting daily priorities, and providing constructive feedback and coaching;

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience with wide format digital printers and their software;
• Has basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator;
• Has enthusiasm for troubleshooting technical equipment and machinery;
• Is comfortable working on a team and in a leadership role;
• Can stand for extended periods of up to a typical 8-hour shift.
• Can pass a comprehensive background check.
