Duties include but are not limited to:

• Obtaining personal health information
• Issuing medical records
• Scanning and indexing records to the appropriate chart
• Answering telephone calls along with explaining health information

Minimal qualifications

• High school diploma
• Willingness to learn and grow with organization
• Ability to multitask in a high volume practice
• Positive attitude
