- Ability to maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver's license
- Familiarity with paratransit services, if applicable
- Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to drive for long periods of time and navigate various routes
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, if required
- Experience in shuttle driving or delivery driving is a plus
