The Assistant Manager/Scheduler is directly responsible for scheduling visits and communicating with field staff, patients, physicians, etc. to maintain proper care coordination and continuity of care for our clients. * This position is vary demanding and requires more attention than the average job, but is also more rewarding than most managing positions.* The role also assists with day-to-day office, staff management and field visits/assessments. Assistant must also possess marketing skills. Must be able to travel out in the field and complete visits, such as marketing, consultations and initial assessments. The assistant must be effective in helping the company scale up and creating solutions, to help the company run more efficiently. Must be able to recruit, screen and secure high quality CNA's, HHA's, PCA's and Caregivers. Assistant must also be able to locate leads, handle inquiries and secure new clients.
