Medical Secretary - Home Care jobs in Illinois
Medical Secretary - Home Care provides secretarial support to clinical staff in a home care environment. Performs various secretarial and clerical duties, such as typing reports and correspondence, transcribing written notes, maintaining records and files, answering phones, and arranging clinician schedules. Being a Medical Secretary - Home Care may be responsible for entering clinician charges into medical billing system. Requires knowledge of medical terms and vocabulary. Additionally, Medical Secretary - Home Care requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Medical Secretary - Home Care possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Qualifications-
*Experience working as a receptionist *Friendly and engaging personality *Ability to work towards a common goal with little supervision *Ability to multi-task and delegate appropriately *Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
