IICRC is a non-profit, certification and Standards Developing Organization (SDO) for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries. In partnership with regional and international trade associates, the IICRC serves more than 25 countries with offices in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

The Mission of the IICRC is to establish and advance globally recognized standards and certifications for the inspection, cleaning, restoration and installation industries. The organization serves as an independent, certification body, that sets and promotes high standards and ethics, and advances communication and technical proficiency within these industries.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for promoting the IICRC within the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries, and to the public consumer. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies and cultivate strong working relationships resulting in exponential growth of the IICRC's programs.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness and growth.
• Communicate a thorough knowledge of IICRC's mission, strategic plan, initiatives, and brand strategy.
• Supervise and document all marketing processes from initiation to implementation.
• Provide strategic, conceptual, and tactical recommendations to clients.
• Provide clients through the development of project goals and objectives, metric reporting, and evaluation.
• Oversee the development of print, digital, video, and promotional products through completion. Provide conceptual, copywriting, proofing, and editorial support.
• Solicit multiple bids, review, and negotiate quotes in consideration of client budgets.
• Build and cultivate relationships with vendors; source new vendors as needed.
• Administer vendor pricing and performance, contracts, and budgeting.
• Responsible for the deliverables, resources, timelines, budget, and scope of work performed by the Marketing Department and external vendors/consultants.
• Delegate tasks and projects; provide guidance and feedback to Marketing Department staff.
• Supervise and lead events including, contract initiation, event logistics, and expense tracking of IICRC events and Sponsored Events.
• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and communication efforts.
• Update/build out all website content.
• Navigate the Smartsheet platform to update ongoing Create/Manage various Smartsheet's.
• Maintain Marketing collateral inventory.
• Ensure digital asset platform is up to date for internal and external access. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and communication efforts.
• Manage multiple projects and navigate the Marketing Department's lifecycle.
• Provide feedback with annual performance reviews and maintain open dialogue, regarding performance expectations.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or similar field; minimum of five years, full-time work experience in marketing industry; or a combination of equal education and experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive responsibility with a marketing or advertising company.
• Minimum of two years leadership experience.
• Event Planning, expense tracking, and contract negation skill set.

Must possess the ability to spot inaccuracies and make consistent decisions that resolve problems appropriately using problem solving skills to investigate; ability to provide insight into possible process and procedure improvements. Requires the ability to work independently or directly with internal staff and external customers or the public; ability to work with others in a group or team, coordinating or leading others in accomplishing work activities.
