Member Services (Front Desk/Sales & Customer Service) - Fitness Studio

The Membership Sales Advisor role assists in running all “front of house” studio operations. You are responsible for the first and last impression of every member. Exceptional customer service, extreme attention to detail, and maintaining set sales goals is a must in this position.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health & wellness, works well in a fast paced environment, and has sales experience.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Create ENERGY! Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into The 12 studio
• Know our product. We highly encourage our team to be active, take classes, workout in our Million Dollar Club or even partake in Personal Training Sessions.
• Respect our home. Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
• Be a team player. Understand you are not just an individual doing a job, you are part of a team.
• Over communicate. Respond promptly to team & member requests/concerns.
• Sweat the small stuff. From rolling towels to selling memberships, every detail matters. Take pride in your work.
• Embody our brand. Reflect The 12's values in your words, actions, and conduct.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have strong previous sales experience (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
• Functional computer skills – MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer cloud based program software use
• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed

• $17 Hourly Commissions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
