Member Services Director directs and coordinates all aspects of the health maintenance organization (HMO) member services department. Plans and directs policies and objectives for addressing member inquiries. Being a Member Services Director establishes service quality goals for the department and implements strategies to meet these goals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Member Services Director typically reports to top management. The Member Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. This position reports directly to our CEO and plays a key role in both our tactical and strategic efforts within the Company. Through department managers, this position will oversee the Companys efforts in contract management, design of new mains and services, watershed protection, data collection and interpretation, water system hydraulics, facility expansion and asset management.
