Member Services Director directs and coordinates all aspects of the health maintenance organization (HMO) member services department. Plans and directs policies and objectives for addressing member inquiries. Being a Member Services Director establishes service quality goals for the department and implements strategies to meet these goals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Member Services Director typically reports to top management. The Member Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Member Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. TheMember Services Directorworks with senior branch staff to implement member services strategies that focus on recruitment and retention of members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and organize member services team with a focus on member experience and retention.
- Coordinate and support program and membership enrollment and systems in support of member experience.
- Assist marketing efforts focused on internal/external marketing strategies and production of material to support member experience and retention.
- Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.
- Distribute results, organize, and maintain reports.
- Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.
- Key liaison to Association Engagement Center.

Wage:$21.47 to $23.47 per hour, depending on qualifications
