Member Services Director directs and coordinates all aspects of the health maintenance organization (HMO) member services department. Plans and directs policies and objectives for addressing member inquiries. Being a Member Services Director establishes service quality goals for the department and implements strategies to meet these goals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Member Services Director typically reports to top management. The Member Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Member Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. I'm looking for motivated singers that are looking to help elevate the music department for this church! I want singers that are able to follow the flow of modern day worship sets, being able to blend, and good microphone control! The church doesn't have the biggest budget but talented singers are mandatory for the direction I would love to take the church. If this is a position that would possibly interest you it would be about 6 hours a week 2 hours for rehearsal and 4 hours for Sunday Morning Worship.
