Membership Associate - Museum coordinates museum membership activities. Manages the members services program, distributes newsletters and other publications, sends renewal notices to expiring members, and maintains membership databases. Being a Membership Associate - Museum promotes membership renewals and marketing efforts. Provides reports to top management on membership statistics and trends. Additionally, Membership Associate - Museum may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Membership Associate - Museum works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. The Wilderness Club is a resort golf community located in serene and beautiful Eureka Montana; a short drive from Whitefish. Memberships are mandatory with home ownership and the community is currently being built out.
Responsibilities include assisting the Real Estate team in the sales process by being the expert on the Club and conducting Club tours. The candidate must be able to sell upgraded Memberships (Golf) as well as assist in the onboarding process. Additionally, the ideal applicant must be well-spoken and have an impressive presence when delivering club tours to prospective Members.
We want to work with people who truly have a unique gift of closing sales, with a focused mindset of service first. We want to work with people who will do whatever it takes to succeed, including taking full advantage of our top-of-the-line sales training. We are looking for someone with passion, heart, and a strong desire to win; not just individually, but as a team.
