Mental Health Clinician - MSW provides clinical mental health counseling and case management services to patients. Completes patient assessments to identify social and emotional challenges. Being a Mental Health Clinician - MSW may conduct crisis interventions with patients and families. Recommends and coordinates services. Additionally, Mental Health Clinician - MSW coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement a holistic treatment plan. Typically requires eligibility for state licensure. We are currently seeking a per diem Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Idaho State Correctional Center located in Kuna, Idaho.
The Licensed Mental Health Clinician provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.
Qualifications
- Active LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC license in Idaho
- Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
- Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
