WHO YOU ARE

You understand and value the importance of process and are eager to fill a hands-on role within the reception, selection, packaging and shipment of customer orders. You are driven by a strong attention to detail and are passionate about organization - always ensuring a high standard of quality, and care. This role reports to the Fulfillment Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this fast paced role, you will experience many facets of our order fulfillment area. The primary and most important function of this role will be ensuring orders are accurately picked and processed in accordance with established SOPs.

• Efficiently pick and pack orders daily
• Facilitate outgoing shipments
• Communicate cross functionally with the inventory teams
• Execute accurate daily product pulls in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor and report on quality of products (soft goods and/or media)
• Relay needs to Fulfillment leadership via clear, and established methods of communication
• Identify, propose, and implement solutions for process improvement and efficiency
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs regularly

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day
• Consistent regular attendance is considered an essential function of this job

● Hourly rate ($16.00) USD
