Merchandise Planner - Bakery jobs in New Mexico

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bakery Manager to oversee our long standing team of skilled artisan bakers. The job entails scheduling, product quality control, product development, prepping for holidays, developing bakery processes and efficiencies, ordering ingredients and other tasks to ensure a smooth running operation. This is a hands on position. You will be baking alongside our team.

Qualifications:

• A passion for food, flavors, presentation and artisan baked goods
• Previous experience in bakery management or related field
• Ability to teach others in techniques and best practices
• Strong knowledge of planning, bakery manufacturing, and supply chain management
• Talent and strong experience in commercial baking
• Demonstrated ability in creating positive team dynamics, scheduling and motivation
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
