The Ihara Team / KW Real Estate Planner has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Agent (ISA). We are seeking a hungry, humble, and smart Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. This individual will develop a consistent pipeline of high quality leads (NO Cold Calling). Are you self-motivated, persuasive and goal oriented? What does a successful Inside Sales Associate do?

This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious member acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be motivated by making tons of calls per day to onboard members and answer questions.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential members' questions and sending additional information.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice
• Become a local real estate expert
• Desire to obtain real estate license
• Onboard new members

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates must have a desire to pursue a real estate license
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• MUST be able to make calls between 9AM-1PM from our office. Remote work is not available.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
