Metadata Services Director administers the library's integrated system database and establishes the IT infrastructure for college/university library. Serves as the expert in the digitalization and preservation of resources and records. Being a Metadata Services Director manages licenses of digital contents. Requires a master's degree of from an ALA-accredited school. Additionally, Metadata Services Director typically reports to a manager. RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the administrative supervision of the Executive Director, the Director of Behavioral Health Services is responsible for theplanning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs and services within the Agency’s Behavioral Health Services Division including, but not limited to, management of theBehavioral Health Services budget; supervision and administration of all essential support, clinical, and program staff; ensuring compliance with applicable licensing, certification, and evaluation standards; developing and maintaining effective relationships with appropriate federal, state, and local agencies and organizations; mid-level staff recruitment, training, and direct supervision; monitoring work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage; collaborating effectively with other Agency Division Directors to ensure services to mutual individuals receiving services; operations at theAgency’s Gretna office location; and monitoring, assessing, and updating program policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work that includes coursework for licensure by the Virginia Department of Health Professions as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner in Virginia
M2: Currently licensed or license eligible in Virginia as a LPC, LCSW, LCP, LMFT or LSATP
M3: Must obtain professional licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LCP, LMFT or LSATP in Virginia within six (6) months of hire date
M4: Valid driver’s license with driving record that conforms to Agency policy
Preferred Requirements
P1: Three years of professional experience in behavioral health field
P2: Five years of progressive administrative experience
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$92,944 to $162,652
15% Increase for Licensure
7% Increase for Resident/Supervisee
