    Specific Duties and Responsibilities(include but are not limited to):


    • Lead by example and mentor, a unified team of software developers and QA professionals, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work environment.
    • Drive the development of FinTech solutions, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of quality and security.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to share knowledge and explore new technologies together.
    • Collaborate closely with other teams across the company to ensure our development efforts support and enhance our "we are one team" ethos.
    • Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects, from ideation through to deployment and support, ensuring they deliver tangible value to our customers.
    • Participate in Technical requirements analysis.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
    • Write clean, scalable code using .NET or other programming languages.
    • Test and deploy applications and systems.
    • Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
    • Improve existing software.
    • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
    • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, with a solid foundation in software development principles
    • Extensive experience in software development, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in FinTech or related financial services technologies
    • Demonstrated leadership in managing and building high-performing development and QA teams.
    • Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer (At least 5 years of relevant experience)
    • Knowledge of C#.NET, XML, HTML5/CSS3, SQL, JavaScript, JSON, CSS etc
    • Experience in Mortgage Lending technology.
    • Understanding of regulations, and the unique challenges and opportunities in the Financial Services sector
    • Exceptional communication and team-building skills, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
