Adheres to federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policies and procedures. Additionally, Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator (LPN) requires a high school diploma. Requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification. Typically reports to a mds rn.
