MDS Coordinator Expectations

• Maintains current MDS status of each patient/resident
• Communicates schedule to all other departments and families, as required
• Maintains proficiency in software programs for MDS completion and can utilize appropriate reports
• Monitors clinical systems for changes in patient/resident condition.

 Requirements:

• Valid state license(s) RN or LPN Required 
• Must have a minimum of two years direct hands-on nursing experience
• At least recent one-year MDS experience
