    *** This position is located in Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in office.

    The Creative Development Manager / Broadband is responsible for the creative development and management of TMUS postpaid consumer communications for the Broadband Line of Business including, ISP/Home Internet, Home internet for Metro, Fiber, and future initiatives managing high-level campaign creative execution, while providing creative strategy input and tactics to ensure efforts meet brand alignment, and overall goals and objectives.

    We decide what the Un-carrier looks like across all consumer touchpoints and geographies, acting as brand stewards to ensure we are driving engagement and creating customer advocates everywhere. We're looking for a marketing expert with an extensive creative strategy development and direct response background to join a highly creative team that is breaking the rules of the wireless industry with innovative and engaging creative designed to foster brand engagement and drive growth within our consumer customer base and pure prospects.

    This position reports to the Director, Creative Development and will work with other creative management teams and agencies in the development, production and execution of best-in-class direct marketing and brand experiences. Using your refined communications skills, you will build effective working relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners that result in highly branded, innovative, engaging creative content in the marketplace.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for creative development of T-Mobile Postpaid Base and Prospect campaigns (brand stewardship, creative positioning, visual assets and copy strategy for assigned initiatives) and acts as daily main point of contact on assigned projects including T-Mobile Consumer Base Marketing / T-Mobile Prospect Marketing / Metro by T-Mobile / Broadband, agency partners and third-party vendors on campaign execution.
    • Partner with Legal and Brand management teams.
    • Manage creative partnership with key 3rd parties (OEMs, sponsorships, etc).
    • Partner with Procurement team to lead all 3rd party (agency) SOWs and contracts.
    • Work collaboratively with a broad range of applicable participants in the creative strategy and process from inception to launch.
    • Develops strong partnerships with T-Mobile Postpaid Broadband and Metro by T-Mobile team members on input documents, including creative strategy positioning, campaign/creative briefs, customer research, previous test results to optimize and initiate creative kickoff and creative rounds with agency.
    • Partner with Agency to drive joint team collaboration and innovation working proactively to continually maintain/improve internal client/agency relationship.
    • Consistently pushing for proactive best-in-class thinking, developing creative strategy positioning including segmentation and customer journey roadmaps, test and learn plans while optimizing the creative based on results.
    • Shares campaign documentation including creative briefs, creative concepts, and tactics, as well as reporting and findings with Sr Creative Strategy Manager and Director, Creative & Brand Management for approval before releasing final files.
    • Briefs and manages agency as well as third party vendors on execution of all creative initiativesto obtain net new customers and retain existing.
    • Works closely with Postpaid Broadband Marketing, Metro by T-Mobile Business Owners and agency on providing best value estimates, workback schedules as well as creative strategy for continuous learning and creative optimization.
    • Manages visual campaign identities to establish consistent look/tone/feel across multiple communications vehicles to convey ISP/Home Internet, T-Mobile Home Internet for Metro and Fiber positioning within the marketplace.
    • Presents creative work for review and approval to Director, Creative & Brand Management, Business Owners, and other leadership teams.
    • Consolidates feedbacks and ensure alignments between all collaborators before sharing with creative agency for implementation.
    • Applies Direct Marketing industry standard processes and trends to all creative with the goal of increasing performance and LTV with customer baseand pure prospects.
    • Manages creative development and execution of innovative digital, print, video, and SMS channels, while partnering with the Director, Creative & Brand Management.
    • Meets weekly with Director, Creative & Brand Management to provide detailed insights on progress of overall campaign development and ongoing business objectives.
    • Communicates any directional program/campaign changes to Director, Creative & Brand Management.
    • Communicates any trends, results/findings highlight with the Director, Creative & Brand Management.
    • Ensures campaigns are produced on brand, strategy and time while adhering to budget.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues or problems affecting the creative quality and delivery of campaigns/programs.
    • Ensures creative process is being followed and understood by internal and external teams.
    • Other Duties/Projects as assigned by management as needed
    • Qualifications:
    • 2-4 years Direct Marketing communications experience (wireless or consumer tech company preferred) or equivalent experience in creative/account management for an agency
    • 2 years customer marketing management/campaign implementation experience/CRM
    • Skilled in developing creative strategy plans based on comprehensive strategy and messaging
    • Strong experience of Direct Marketing strategy including:
      • Upsell and cross-sell within the customer base
      • Optimal contact strategy for retaining customers
      • How customer segmentation and targeting affect Direct Response communications
      • Test and learn methodologies including A/B email, Subject Line and SMS testing
    • Strong history of developing successful partnerships with internal clients to develop the best-in-class customer experience only found with the Un-carrier
    • Comprehensive understanding of the creative process in order to thoughtfully and articulately communicate with agency and vendors to translate the business needs into innovative creative solutions
    • Demonstrated experience working with and using consumer research (with internal and external teams) to optimize current and future creative work
    • Successfully manages the workflow assigned to agency and implements creative judgment to control the quality of work produced by agency
    • Provides consolidated creative feedback to agency and makes recommendations to appropriate collaborators on resolution of any campaign issues
    • Education

    Washington Pay Range : $84,800.00 - $114,800.00

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
