Summary
Position Highlights:
This position is primarily responsible for monitoring the traffic of deceased patients to and from the morgue cooler, coordination between transport, security, and nursing staff for proper release of bodies, and maintenance and cleanliness of morgue. This position will also assist with coverage in all areas of anatomic pathology, and be required to perform all the duties of a laboratory assistant and office assistant. These duties will require strong communication skills, clerical and computer skills, multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and a strong constitution since he or she will be dealing with deceased individuals.
