Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. The Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) will assist with the administrative functions in a Physician’s office. The MPA will be responsible for scheduling patient’s appointments, adjust scheduling for emergency cases, obtaining insurance verification and authorization, and updating and maintaining electronic medical records. The MPA will assist with the billing for Physicians offices, such as processing insurance claim forms, patient and insurance billing data gathering, medical billing and coding, collections and accounts receivable and payable. The MPA is part of a centralized medical office and will complete any duties needed to help the office function for which the employee is competent and can legally do. The MPA must be willing to report back to work during any emergency situation, this includes if needed during inclement weather, mass casualty, internal disaster, etc. The MPA will complete other duties as assigned.

Any staff member can be determined as essential staff required to report to the main facility during these events. In many cases this means reporting and sleeping at the facility before, during and after a weather emergency.
