JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for forecasting, ordering, receiving, and maintaining proper port installed options (PIO) inventory levels at all ports and truck production/modification facilities. Ensures adequate service parts coverage at parts distribution centers for related PIO parts that are also used for service demand. Communicates any new accessory part numbers and/or codes to appropriate parties. Provides analysis, reports (internal/external), cost reconciliation, budget monitoring, payment approval, and system support related to domestic and Japan sourced PIO parts. Coordinates daily with various port processors regarding part receipts as well as any part-related issues. Maintains supplier relationships with assigned vendors. Updates and maintains material part data records in the SAP system and reviews, reports, and helps solve any SAP system related discrepancies or issues. Provide updates to management as needed regarding supply issues or concerns.

Pay scale for this position is between $67,065 to $83,831. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
