The HR Planning and Project Analyst is responsible for assisting HR Operations and Rewards leadership in the development, implementation, and management of transformative and operational initiatives and programs directed at enhancing employee experience and the performance of the organization. This role directly impacts mission fulfillment via operational support to the entire organization, adding value through efficient, timely and well-defined administrative processes and communications. The HR Planning and Project Analyst understands a wide range of business and technical subjects related to human resources. This role will partner with colleagues across business lines, including leaders, to execute on assigned initiatives and often serves as the subject matter expert on the initiatives they lead. The HR Planning and Project Analyst provides creative leadership, organization, detailed process analysis, relevant experience, and control in the execution of strategies and activities that enhance operational and administrative success. This is a robust and dynamic position demanding a broad skill set, a commitment to professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail.
Supports work plans and initiatives for the HR Operations and Rewards team including but not limited to: Infor Modules, Benefits and Paid Time Off, special projects, process improvement, and training/education. Takes a lead role in HR reporting and data analytics.
