Summary

The Vendor Business Analyst manages relationships between CTHS IT Teams, Technology Vendors and internal Workstream Leads. This position provides internal support for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application and maintains all levels of the ERP life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between IT Technical Teams, Vendors and Workstream Intake Leads 
• Serves as the primary representative for supporting the ERP and ensuring appropriate coordination and escalation across service lines and between organizations 
• May review and process financial transactions related to ERP maintenance 
• Provides internal support when questions and issues arise associated with IT vendor products or services 
• Assists in contract negotiations and ensures vendors meet contractual obligations 
• Develop and maintain process improvement solutions for the ERP 
• Continuously evaluates functionality of ERP modules and revises code as needed. Troubleshoots issues and verifies solutions with Workstream Leads 
• Collaborates with development teams to test updates and project plans and disseminates end results as needed 
• Develops and trains on Standard Operating Procedures and may create policies as applicable to serve organization requirements 
• Reviews existing applications, systems, databases, interfaces, and/or hardware logic, which may be currently operating on multiple platforms, to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements 
• Performs database analysis; codes and tests routines to ensure successful and seamless communication among the various IT systems and applications components 
• Participates in budget and strategy planning for ERP as assigned 
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required 

• Bachelors’ Degree in Information Technology or related field 
• Two (2) years experience in Information Technologies, Information Systems, or similar department, with ERP Management 
• Experience in Project Management with external vendors 
• Experience in technical Root Cause Analysis 

• Experience with Infor ERP 
• Experience with budget, contract and fiscal related IT functions
