Helpdesk analysts take client calls and support requests and assist with workstation, network and peripheral support.   Candidates for this position are expected to have a strong understanding of the following:  

Required Skills:

• Windows Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 10)
• Windows Server OS
• Active Directory administration
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Office 365
• Wireless
• TCP/IP
• Routers and Firewalls

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong inter-personal communications skills
• A polite and kind demeanor
• Ability to handle high stress situations and thrive under pressure
• Impeccable integrity and honesty

You Will:

• Support a variety of IT systems of both hardware and software
• Work with enterprise level network and service management monitoring and alerting systems and tools 
• Enjoy a team environment that works together to implement and support technology solutions
• Work with a talented group of IT professionals and specialists
