Overview

We are looking for a HR Operations and Compliance Analyst to join our U.S. HR team! This is a great opportunity to learn our HR systems, processes, and compliance. The Analyst will be responsible for all onboarding, offboarding, workflow approvals, compliance, audits, and a variety of projects. 

This role is highly visible and interfaces with various partners from IT/desktop, employees, managers, to internal HR partners and will serve as support as needed to ensure the business needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded into HRIS system
• Ensure all exiting employees are properly offboarded from HRIS system and paperwork is sent timely
• Review employee changes via the system and ensure data integrity
• Identify process improvements, data misalignments, and system functionality issues/changes needed and partner to resolve
• Provide effective coordination between candidate offer to onboard ready, onboarding, employee data changes, terminations, immigration, basic HR policies and other local procedures
• Be informed and knowledgeable on current U.S., Brazil, Mexico and Canada HR policies/practices

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience within Recruiting and/or Human Resources
• Attention to detail to ensure data integrity
• Willing to take direction and follow outlined procedures
• Experience partnering with cross functional team members
• Some experience with ATS and/or HRIS systems
• Understanding of the importance of audit practices and purpose
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal skills
• Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, intermediate excel a plus
• Ability to handle stressful issues with a sense of urgency and in a fast-paced environment.
