This position is for a Network Analyst III in the Field Services Western Branch, Madisonville Office. This Branch is located in the Division of Field Services within the Office of Client Support Services.

The Network Analyst III is responsible for Providing technical direction and support to staff by analyzing specific computer communication requirements. This position will select and install computer equipment including hardware and software.

Job duties for this position includes:

• Incident, Change and Service Requests
• Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
• Computer equipment transfers
• Make recommendations to workgroups and teams pertaining to technology efforts
• Asset Reporting and accounting measures
• Create and update technical processes and documentation
• Other duties as assigned

• Comprehensive knowledge of modern IT systems and programs
• Four years experiences troubleshooting, system analysis and systems support
