    YOUR ROLE

    • Responsible for the strategic planning process for resulting in establishment of short- and long-term planning, profitability targets and contribution to company growth.
    • Oversees the recruitment, employment, evaluation, and release of staff and contract personnel.
    • Supervises all organization staff, either directly or indirectly through senior staff
    • Develops organization-wide or department-wide goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
    • Prepares division/department/organization operations budget updates and sustain success metrics, incorporating best practices, and effectively communicating improvements.
    • Drives favorable P&L impact on inventories, logistics and production efficiencies.
    • Develop and manage inventory strategies and policy to optimize inventory turns and cash flow.
    • Benchmarking and adapting industry best practices to drive state of the art planning management standard work.
    • Responsible for the creation and documentation of the strategic plan with collaboration of the Global Supply Chain organization, including the creation of strategic, tactical, and financial execution plans driving to exceed critical KPI’s; developing goals and measuring performance against goals; organizational development.
    • Turnkey project leadership
    • Responsible for planning and execution of production supply and inventories to support sales, new product development, engineering and operational effectiveness to achieve personnel and company revenue growth goals.
    • Drive project and process execution activities in one or more projects in parallel
    • Will work with all aspects of the organization to ensure satisfactory job completion as well as revenue goals.
    • Considerable knowledge of principles of personnel management, including supervision, training and performance evaluation
    • Considerable knowledge of the methods and techniques of research and analysis
    • Considerable knowledge of the principles of budgeting and finance
    • Knowledge of supply chain terminology, practices, principles, and Gartner/APICS standards
    • Maintain responsibility for succession planning, organizational and talent development,
    • Develops and maintains working relationships with global supply chain partners.
    • Consistently demonstrate professional credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment by modeling the company values

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelors' degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, or related discipline required. Master's degree preferred.
    • 10 or more years direct management experience of SC employees in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics industries required.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial profit and loss, including budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
    • Excellent communication skills required. Bilingual a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; APICS certification preferred.
    • Exceptional skills in relationship management, change management, communication, and problem solving.
    • Up to 40% travel required.

    The salary for this role is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
