Financial Services Assistant

Job Description:

Our combined goal is to make our lives better by making our clients lives better.

Our job is to manage our client relationships and attract new business.

Your job is to support the administration of this project.

You are a team player with the organizational skills to complete your tasks, and we are the team that supports you in doing so.

Duties will include:

Interfacing with clients

Preparation and follow up of client paperwork

Processing client requests

Data entry for the financial plans

Assisting with compliance requirements

Qualifications:

4 year college degree preferred

Relevant industry experience

Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel

Strong organizational skills

Work well independently and within a group

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $61,650.00 per year
